Overall I think it was a chic hotel, excellant value for money. The staff were qualified, the bed was amazing and the food was fab. My double room was normal double and huge. Prime location right by Influence Church. I loved the gourmet restaurant, where I had dinner. I was pleased with personalised service too.

a superb base for exploring richmond. very comfy bed, fairly clean bathroom and iron/ironing board and a hairdryer in the room. positioned in the domestic area.

Wonderful hotel in a good area, the stuff where extremely helpful. Very central location, at walking distance from millgate house garden. Loved the twin room and the way it was setup.

Staff were HELPFUL and it was a perfect location, attractive and competitive value for money. Moreover, it had parking nearby.
